About Pine Forest

Pine Forest is one of the best-known sights of Kodaikanal: rows of tall, straight pines with a carpet of needles underneath. It was planted in the colonial era, and the quiet, cool shade and the filtered light make it one of the best places for photographs.

Film crews have shot here often, and local vendors sell snacks and fresh fruit nearby.
